
Sharon Castillo is the founder and principal of SB Services, Inc., a consulting firm focused on business process improvement. Clients include Fortune 500 corporations across a wide range of industries. With over 20 years' experience, Ms. Castillo has worked with corporations, government agencies, and emerging suppliers in all stages of organizational development.
Early on in her career Ms. Castillo spent 10 years with a Fortune 500 corporation and, subsequently, worked as a consultant managing engagements in both the public and private sectors.
Ms. Castillo has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting from Mundelein College (since merged with Loyola University) in Chicago. Sharon is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has attended the University of Chicago Graduate School of Management.
Sharon serves on WBENC's national Board of Directors as a subject matter expert for women's business development, and is a member of the Board for the Lake County YWCA. Ms. Castillo also participates on WBENC's Strategic Sourcing Supply Chain Committee, and is a member of the Institute for Supply Chain Management, the Illinois Certified Public Accountants Society, and the Balanced Score Card Initiative. Ms. Castillo has published numerous articles in a wide variety of industry publications, and has been quoted by Inside Retailing, the Miami Herald, WomenEnterpreneur, Pink Magazine, Yahoo, and MBE Magazine.
